Work culture is good. No extra wok load , work life balance is good.

HR team doesn’t even exist. Specially in TRD Gurugram they have worst HR team. No No salary increments, no promotions. HR only has one JBL music box & they play it on every occasion be it independence day/republic day/fundoo friday/CEO visit/women's/birthday celebration/anniversaries etc…. day or anything….if you have any query related to anything ….. this team don't have any answer. HR head - is a nonsense immature kid , don't even know how to behave.

Marelli is a good company in terms of work-life balance and if you are fortunate enough you will get good work

I work in TRD Gurgaon and associated with Marelli more than 7 years. Salary Increment cycle is not at all fix. There is no fix policy for promotion and salary slab. You may find far difference in salary figure between a person who is serving in Marelli from more than 4~5 years and a person who just join sometimes even double for same experience and same work profile. If you resign they will acknowledge your presence as critical otherwise no one bother about you and your growth.

Pay is decent, but does not contribute to high inflation!

People resistance to improvement changes on the production floor, company is very cheap when it comes to approving projects that cost money, air quality in building is questionable, etc.

... and creating difference. Favouritism is there creating a disputes within teams. Bonus and hikes are not as per market.

Working in Magneti Marelli was a dream for many till 2018 after that many things have changed and getting worse day by day. Cost cutting has become the priority causing lot of demotivation.
