Staff is not supportive. Work culture is toxic. Only politics within departments. Negetive approach of Manager. No appreciations. No skill-up program, no training. Canteen food quality is poor, no hygiene. Old mentality of Top management. Oil and water everywhere on Shop floor.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a parts of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to stay back and work for extra hours. Good work are usually unnoticed or lack of appreciation. There no proper training for fresher. Fresher are directly put to work.

...rum to rate this Suspesnsion division of motherson. Very very worst company. Lot of politics, daily 4 hours overtime is there whithout any compensation. Seniors are very rude, no body will support new person joined, there is huge lobby inside.

Everythin dislike. Canteen food is so bad that even security people also bringing there own tiffin, no one is eating canteen food as it is worst than anything. Work life balance is terrific as they ask you everyday overtime till eight pm. My humble request please do not join this company if you want to make your career bright.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
