Lack of trust on employees, lack of focus on organisational goals or strategy. Ever-changing directions and unpractical targets Lack of customer orientation and only focus on profits

Work culture and environment. Freshers have a good opportunity to learn the work.

Salary is decent and there is 2 years bond. No career growth and Rotational week off and working on weekends at month end.

No one support to any one very less salary world worst company no one respect u if u have talent also. I spoil my career with this company I feel but its ok.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

In this company, I would be tel about work, as a fresher I will be join to this company and I completed three years as a GIS Engineer. About work I wana be tel u it's good, because for fresher they dont have passion in work. Who where all work in Magnasoft they have lot of passion in future That one I agree. Than comes to my team mates , all are super , friendly nature etc... My managers also cool but in appraisal time they changed there mind. I suggest for vewers don't be take sudden decisions to join this Magnasoft.
