...doing pretty well. They have a swanky office and chairman is very down to earth. Pay package is good and work life balance is good as well.

The owner has no focus on LED business, it's not growing so people growth is dicey in terms of skill & career development. There is no proper strategic direction of work.

There is no support to employees for covid. There is salary cut till now and many people were forced resign. It is a dangerous company for career

Job security is very bad. People are asked to resign anytime. This is very frequent for all levels from junior employees to HODs. Every year a new person holds a position.
