There is no learning in this company and the support behaviour is not good. They doesn't coperate with you. As an MIS Analyst I'm saying that your work is totally or mostly based on formula and functions. But they assign you manual tasks which you can't automate. And exploits you by assigning you the works which is not related to your field though.

Salary and other benefit you get. Salary is credited on last day of the same month.

Work pressure. Target based job. Company do not work of the feedback given by customer or client. Anyone just make target complete.

Timely salary and incentives and convence. They have good brand name in market.

I am working in PG Vertical of Magicbrics. This vertical is not as good as other vertical of Magicbrics. Incentive policy is very though and sales packages are of low amount so you have to sale daily or atleast alternate. very less chance of renewal by pg owners.

...rson, For company policies i work last two years still not able to understand. But in last i can say that you can survive in this company if you satisfied with minimum salary like between 13 to 16 k only.

Dislike like don't care about health, Like growth, like salary structure.

It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

Nothing is worth liking in magicbricks.It is terrible working there.
