They Pays Salary On time. This is the most important thing.

The whole management is bogus... They don't know how to boost an employee. how to motivate an employee. they are just running poultry firm... i have 6 hen invest total 4000/- INR.. where is the golden egg today. In skill industry an employee can't lay golden egg every day. they don't have know idea about what they are doing in skill industry... and I must say i ridiculous character in the office Mr. Suvam... he just do nothing apart maintaining attendance register and rent calculation and do one thing internal POLITICS and very attention seeker.... LOL If you have outside visit they expect an employee come to office mark attendance then go to field then he or she came to office again submit report... this concept in skill industry is not possible. Don't do any job in this company (TRUST) every one bluff to everyone.... ALL TIME BEKAR COMPANY
