There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not to new joinees

I was working as recovery manager, the target was 150000 but no staffs will be given to work under you, but target should be closed, very worse

On that situation there is no transportation available to going to office. And they forced to me to come office unless resign your job and asking to me to give resignation letter, That, I resign this job for personal problems. What a silly type of things they do.
