Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good experience, very good attachment with parents and students. My work is very much liked by school and management. I also got best teacher award 2 times.

Dislikes

There was no security in job. Not much increment in salary. My career growth is slow.

Not so much but staff members not all

Everything for example i hate principal of that school. she is so ruthless of teachers she behave like a dictator they don't provide social infrastructure staff say don't talk to children's they are playing with future of students please don't admit you student in that school
