Company employees and directer are awesome...all employees are friendly but office culture are not too good.work life balance is zero

...of work .you can work 12-13 hours per day without additional overtime salary ... salary structure is very bed you can work one month and received salary of 25 days and salary credited next month and the date is 12-15. Over all if you are fresher so company is good for learning and if you are expressed so worst place ever..they not follow the proper rules regulations if you done your resigned so they not revert on mail ..

Mafatlal industry and management of industries don't support me in covid time Compan don't give full salary in end of month only they give 50% of salary So my total salary is 8000 and company give me 50% salary in covid time is -4000 And i will attend company 24 days in month With my private motorcycle from my vilage Dahevan the total distance between dahevan to nadiad is 65 km So i will travel 65 km up and 65 km down everyday the total value of 24 days of traveling and cost of petrol is 200 ruppes at last we calculate the money of petrol is 4800 ruppes for 24 days in covid time i will attend company to make loss of my own of 800 ruppes ,,,, For this problem i will discuss with the VP of industries, The manager of HR, The manager of digital printing,the management head ASHOK RAMDHAN, but every one can't take interest in my problam and also don't give me confirmation letter even i will complete my training period as per company rules At last mafatlal lal management is only think about him self they don't think about company employees,,,

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade or chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

I really enjoy working at mafatlal industries limited because of positive workplace culture, strong emphasis on safety and supportive work environment.

Office politics can create unnecessary challenges & poor apprisal police effect our leaving style effect.

I have been worst experience in Mafatlal after my 30 years job, i was resigned due to demand for increment and required staff . and also i was show department corruption with proof to Top management about. but i think they were also included so, they was instantly passed my resignation and same day the Mafatlal released me.
