Politics plays vital role and they cover it as policy live example : Non recuruiting back ex male colleagues even he has good track of records in past ,but exception for pretty females . Transport is one of the worst thing in Maersk you may be in doubt is it corporate cab or a govt bus !

There is so minor scope for career growth or salary appraisal even you work hard. To much Politics happening there and it spoil working environment. HR Process is so slow and they even don't care about your after resign process.

...get to work with amazing colleagues and have access to an amazing dev community. The compensation is good but not amazing. But still a place to stay long term.

The compensation is a good but not great. HR policies are not that great. But they are constantly improving and its getting a lot better like notice period was reduced from 3 to 2 months.

Work wise there is not much work. If you are looking for job work life balance then you will not have any issue here. But because of less work learning opportunities are also less.

...performing well, but still during the hike they will give some nonsense reasons. With same year of experience a new joiner will have far better salary than your.
