No job security. They had lot of openings but not a single vacancy filled by recruiting engineers. I worked for 1.3 Yrs as Gratuate Apprentice . It's been told that they will confirm us. But it was just eye wash. None of us been confirmed.

It's an wonderful experience to work in MFL. Employees are great and learn a lot of things from our seniors. Wonderful environment.

I'm a north indian, and the only problem is the language problem but later that also managed.

One will feel elated while working in this esteemed organisation.work experience in Madras Fertilizer s Ltd will give dividends at a later period.It is a treasure.we can learn & earn as much we can.This is such a nice company and systems & procedure oriented.In a nut shell the best organisation to work.

Team work is one which is being followed in MFL since long. Job is well secured

Likes

The Company has a well groomed policies and procedures with good work culture. The attitude of the workmen and management was very good and everyone worked for a common goal of welfare, progress and profit of the company.

Dislikes

Nothing specific except that sometimes even minor issues which could be solved across the table, were unnecessarily dragging.

Nice experience in maintenance,production,engineering,purchase,stores & inventory,personal relationship with workers,management responsibilities,higher level discussion & decision making,ISO,maintaining more than 100% production ,remarkable experience.
