The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Most of the demobilised staff recruited . No preference to MP Domicile.Director project civil has ,no experience of Metro rail construction. The super priority corridor target of Indore and Bhopal 6 km and 4 km respectively which fixed up of Hon'ble CM and MD given by September 2023 is not monitored.

No team spirit and civil team goes in different direction and all responsible staff sitting at Bhopal .
