New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Most of the demobilised staff recruited . No preference to MP Domicile.Director project civil has ,no experience of Metro rail construction. The super priority corridor target of Indore and Bhopal 6 km and 4 km respectively which fixed up of Hon'ble CM and MD given by September 2023 is not monitored.

Dislikes

No team spirit and civil team goes in different direction and all responsible staff sitting at Bhopal .
