There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I am not like this work because apprenticeship training students future negative impacts not positive there learning not work any company

The only thing that is good about this company is that your job is secure and at the time of covid pandemic we were getting the salary on time.

Dislikes

The company is lacking skilled manpower because of that we have to do continuous effective monitoring. Employee's are hired on contract basis with no initial training.
