Fellow feelings, very cordial relationship among staff members. 100% job security, Salary mostly as per psu banks, but some of the benefits, MBGB staffs are not getting. Work Life balance is good.

Lack of adequate infrastructure. IT development is required very much. Means of communication is too so low. Local politics is too much.
