No job security over there, an Extreme political environment, and Some management people create groupisim and make an environment to follow them, even the HR team knows all that, but no suitable action. Everyone there is only for self-benefit, no one is beneficial to the company.

I worked with honesty and with pleasure, Worked after job time as well. But people and staff over are not appreciating anything, your knowledge and capability are never appreciated, never rewarded.

Owner not want to growing itself Not understand employees understanding skill Zero work setisfiication Job security zero Working hours more ever till 8 am to 9 pm or end of targets Plant hod responsibility nill b,coz everything hand in HR or owner U want to improve in plant but owner why why why... putting more more in q,q,q,q,q...... There is Nothing to like Basically owner want to pair chulwana ,tail panii or malish ( TPM)

Team mates are good except HR, Top Management and Owner. Rest nothing is good.

Dislikes

Very bad experience of this company. This is very old company and still running on old age style. No focus on trainings, employee empowerment, innovation etc. Work culture is very bad and too much interference of HR people's on day to day work activities. No job security at all as they dismiss employee any time within a hour without giving any notice. Completely Lala culture.
