New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Very very bad Work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and mangement not transparent. And manager behaviour is very bad and his laguage is offensive. Company policies are not good,no sallary hike,no leaves,no holiday,no weekly off,and they not giving to bonus. No job security.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and the management dosent address your issue. Slow sallary growth. No job security.
