Very very bad Work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and mangement not transparent. And manager behaviour is very bad and his laguage is offensive. Company policies are not good,no sallary hike,no leaves,no holiday,no weekly off,and they not giving to bonus. No job security.

Lot of politics and the management dosent address your issue. Slow sallary growth. No job security.
