... is very high and there are limited employees. Sometime I have to work 24 hours.according to work they don't give salary properly.

Yes, I like working in Madhur pharma. I love tha fact that I am a part of a team, high quality products.

Dislikes

No job security and growth is slow. I have to work 11-14 hours in a day. As I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an unique strengths. Also there are no on-job training for freshers

a perfect learning place to freshers. you will coordinate with all departments while working. management is strict and teach you a perfect work culture that helps a lot when you move to other companies.

Dislikes

only self managed people can work. a bit difficult work culture if you are a depended person.
