Very bad culture, no any job security, too much torturing for your desired work mentally and stressful situations. No any mediclaim facilities, bad food in canteen. Bad HR Policies and nothing much in management.

Between employees never create politics. If we saw on our growth madhu silica is best. Madhu silica staff is one family so not create insecurity of job.

Work culture, future of life , health condition , not give health benefits, security and boss behavior, shift timing is odd then other companies like 2nd shift timing 4pm to 1am, Nighy timing 12:30am to 9 am which is not good
