...give me 3 month notice period but due to emergency i have to leave in 1 month. so they take my two salary from my account . this is to unaffordable for me . also they cut my leaves rather than i have 17 paid leave in stock

...work on innovation now a day company has more than 100 different type of silica. Madhu silica give more Salary as compared to other. In every occasion or celebration do with employees. Between employees never create politics. If we saw on our growth madhu silica is best. Madhu silica staff is one family so not create insecurity of job.

Salary is good for experienced person, not much given for new comers, Friendly Atmosphere

Very bad culture, no any job security, too much torturing for your desired work mentally and stressful situations. No any mediclaim facilities, bad food in canteen. Bad HR Policies and nothing much in management.

Work culture, future of life , health condition , not give health benefits, security and boss behavior, shift timing is odd then other companies like 2nd shift timing 4pm to 1am, Nighy timing 12:30am to 9 am which is not good
