A. Local management wishes. B. Additional Tasks as per local management wishes disturbing the work life balances. C. Leave availing by employees- unnecessary hindrance by local management even for non critical concerns. D. Micromanagement and total control by local management- affects autonomy of work. E. Six days working due to reservations of management- even when work can be managed easily in 5 days working.

Carrier growth is good. Company policy is Good for for employees. Teammates are very supportive and management(Specialy Hussain Sir and Pandey,Hemant , Abhinav,Vikash,Rahul Sir )is also very supportive . Safety policy is very good.

Shop floor temperature was not good for working.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high qualiy product and has a global client base . As a result , l get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada . But on site travel is comletely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto.
