Dislikes

As company wants to come all staff on regular time,they should give sallery on time but this thing wasn't happen in this company. The rule about the sallery that is,first sallery of any employee or labour will get after 2.5 to 3 months & if any labour Quite the job the sallery of that person will get after a long time.according to my personal point of view, many labours as well as the employees Resigned job for this reason only And noone will interested to work again in this compny after Quote the job.
