Very Worst College, Starting from HR - very worst and waste fellow... Every bodies are saying they provide higher salary. but They wont provide higher salary always. please don't join.. there is no job security. when my friend working, due to family reason he took informed leave.. but they terminated immediately. late hours working. there is no right policy at college. Except this college, all good. building good.. class room good. faculties from all departments are good. dynamic high proficient knowledge person vice principal is too good (word cant able to say guys).

Teammates (specially those who came from premier institutes like NITs, IITs, IIITs and Central Universities, etc) were good and cooperative. Ideally, this college is well suitable for the individuals with status "Ph.D. Thesis submitted" which are not able to get job outside.

Dislikes

... value given to quality education. Quality is not a part of MITS business model. Salary is good but lot of discrepancy, with no annual increment. Workload is very high, again it varies form faculty to faculty (some faculties are intentionally super-loaded). Regarding work environment, even basic facilities for e.g., cabins for most of the faculties are not available, highly mis-configured internet facility with gmail restrictions. Its very difficult to appear for any govt. job interview from here as faculty has to pay 2 Month Salary in order to get original documents (kind of hostage situation). Lot of clerical works, therefore no time for research and innovation. Madanapalle is quite remote place for the faculties from other states. During faculty selection interview management will commit to provide research facilities but none is provided. Most importantly, once faculty put a letter of resignation (even before 2 months of notice period), management will not care about your service or contributions, and will not relieve so easily (will make your last working days really difficult).

Thye should stop taking 2 months salary when you leave the institute. They won't consider 2 months notice period to relieve you. They will hold your certificates till you pay the amount in cash. No bank transfer is allowed.

Salary is decent and very good for freshers.

Other than salary, I do not have any positives to derive from this institute. Very worst work culture, you need to know somebody from top management to prolong your career even if u don't do anything and not having proper attendance also. No proper leadership has make the good institute in to a mediocre institute. Academic management seriously need to have a relook.

Seniors especially old faculty

Dislikes

No growth no job security as management can remove anybody especially hr Dinesh. Salary too less for mechanical faculty and lots of politics in work especially from management and top administrative staff. Be sure to one who join here will soon looking for change as there is no respect for faculty.
