1. The company is a multi culture. Employs different nationalities., europeans., indians filipinos, arabs etc That being said it is a great opportunity to interact and it is a strong test to one"s personality and cultural diversity. 2. Pay is higher compared.to.other companies in KSA

...ure there exist a peer group. Difficult to earn trust or not to trust at all. 2. Other than salary and the usual benefits like health insurance which more often being rejected.by hospitals bec of the reputation by the health provider, the company offers nothing especially in cases of emergencies 3. HR dept is weak and are not technically equipped in the administrative functions. 4. Manpower turn over is quite high. Resignation and termination are rampant. Managers in all departments are considered lucky if given extension after consummation of contract regardless of performance. 5. Europeans are.treated.like.gods enjoying all benefits while others dont 6. Work demand is high. Being in the operation it is understood.to have a flexible time , to be.in.the plant once.in awhile durin g.day off but it is already considered.mandatory. 7. No general salary increase.neither performance based increase. 8. Company politics is.highly exercised.
