Dislikes

Everything. The management, unskilled professionals, people without brain but lots of attitude. The management is looking out for ways to get cheap labour,they will even get their personal work done, thinking we are paying so one should do what they are asking. Some of the coworkers absolutely hideous - No work all talk. Once the MD had said to one of my co workers that I’ll hit you with a shoe in Telugu. The entire company is runned by 5 individuals the family( 4 members ) & 1 ( minion ). Save yourself from this. I made a mistake about not enquiring before joining but you don’t make that mistake.

Likes

The company is filled with Telugites and barely gives an opportunity to an outsider who is not a telugite. Most of the people in the digital sector do not know what they are doing yet they claim themselves as experts. The management is diplomatic and biased as well. Too much politics and biased treatment.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that they claim themselves to be an expert in the digital sector when in turn they are not experts. They are way too traditional, discriminating and biased.
