- Worst HR team, I agree with other reviews here, that the HR team is inexperienced and unprofessional, and people with just 2 years experience were made managers. -HR Team is also lacking a head, so people management and planning is 0 for a company of 300 employees. Confusing to work in a team with 0 planning - Inexperienced Managers scam folks, hiring them promising one thing but don't deliver. Please don't join here as an intern, mangers will scam you out of conversion - Biased founders/management, partial and favours teams, dismissive of many other teams and doesn't give equal respect

Dislikes

- They provide on site food, outings, parties etc to blind you to the reality of the company. All these are secondary in your career. More important is job security, career opportunities & growth and your own self respect knowing you are valued. You are nothing but a use and throw resource here. - They boast about the company's culture, but the reality is - You are hired, overworked and then chucked out when no longer needed! - A confused, sinking ship. They don't know what they want. One month they promise employment benefits, next month they say hiring freeze, next quarter they hire rapidly with even recruitment drives, and the next quarter they lay off employees. - CEO is extremely partial to certain teams like tech teams, and disregards other teams. No equal opportunities at all. - Worst ever, unprofessional & underqualified HR Managers - After March 2024 mass layoffs,they're trying to build back their image with PR & asking employees to leave good reviews

- Good place to grow. great learning experience - Young and like minded people. Easy to connect with and get to know your peers

Dislikes

- Work life balance might take a hit occasionally - Need to market yourself a lot more than usual to stand out

It's a fast pace environment so you learn, and learn quickly.

Dislikes

Company pivots a lot and doesn't like planning about it. Poor planning shows through out. Every project is treated like hackathon and they are surprised when it all looks hacks too. Company can benefit from some clear vision and management. Also, the woke posturing is only for the public out of the office. Inside the office, most tech jobs are retained by men still, many teams are without any women in it by design and the management favors it all.

- Really good career growth opportunities - Culture is pretty open and you get to work with people from different teams - Managers are supportive and have your back

Dislikes

- Would prefer a bit more work-life balance, but since it's a startup work timings are a bit chaotic
