Worked with MMM for almost 1.5 years. Had a great experience overall. Good clients, nice founder and you get creative freedom. I got a hike 2 times in my tenure here so that's good.

It's an agency so there will always be pressure and you are expected to work with different clients who have different kinds of expectations but did not have to go home and open my laptop to work 90% of the time

There's absolutely nothing good about this company. All the staff are overworked and there's no reward or appreciation for the work. Appraisals are not even a topic they want to discuss. They try their best to avoid giving any appraisals. They have been working with freelancers and interns. Not one single team is the same for more than a month. They expect you to work overtime and there are no compensations for that too.

The culture is very mentally disturbing. The management doesn’t know how to respect people and privacy Since the management is very young, they lack professionalism and team handling skills Work life balance is really bad and no proper culture of inclusitivity in decision making
