Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The worst company I suggest anyone who reads it please don't join this company . They will give salary after 45 to 50 days . Both CEO is worst there bevaiour of taking with employee is very very humiliating . HR is very very bed she will lie to you at the time of joining and after the joing she will turn back of her words and all the CEO will blam on you and will not listen to you . Please don't join this type of company.
