Worst company, company offers salary joining CTC as gross for 12 hours working. pays for 8 hours salary.

Salary not paid in time, food and tea is very bad. Not paying salary for left employees. Not providing phones, transportation, no celebrations. Freshers 2 years agreement. Casual employees working 12 hours salary pays 8 hours only

No job security no increment just they want employees to wrk hard core. I got good team mates supports in know knowledge. Dont ask fr policy security nothing is provided here.

There a HR Kanakesh, such a terrible person not fit to be HR, the working standards are third rated, no employee benifits. During my tenure one of the operator was injured the company did not even think about him and all medical expenses were payed by him. Right from the ceo to everyone it's third class

The foundry is something we would love to work at. With all the know how and experienced folks, we strive hard to bring out the best. People are truly hard working and the knowledge they have gained over the years cannot be comapred.

The compony is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
