I love the fact that I am a part of a team , teammates are very helpful. For new joiners it is very good platform. Work environment is very good. But work life balance is not good.

No future benefit , job policy is no work no pay basis.

1. Increase Salary. 2. Bonus. If,This is policy will be developed as soon as possible, motivate all employees.

...and culture. Team members are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year on time.

No payment nothing, you keep begging there and in return you get to hear ill shouting for no reason.

No sitting arrangement,no laptops or desktop , u need to beg for every petty thing, no refreshments, no payment , you will ruin your career there

A budding engineer can learn a lot by working here. Electrical and mechanical departments peacefully co-exist here.

Dislikes

All your learning and experiences will come at a cost of zero work benefits, terrible work culture and negligible job security. Frequent clashes between work unions, pathetic managers and very less number of new equipment orders.
