You can't say anything about the process, if you say anything about it, process is not going according to the standards then say bye to your job, they don't give you appraisal when you reach at the end of the year & ask for the approval they kick you out, no one listens to the employee point of view. Poor Management!! Even after spending six month of continuous testing I have found lots of bugs, but when I ask them for confirmation they say your performance not good, we are stretching your probation period, same thing happens when you ask them for appraisal.
