3month notice period Agr employe basic sallery pay karta h to us ko us ka relaving or exprience certificate milna cahiye Or 3month ka notice period karne k bad bhi abhi 1month ho gya h abhi tk na to full&final hua h na relaving or exprience latter aaya h Jab aap ko 3month phle se pta h ki employe n resign de diya h to aao ko us k noticer period complet hote h us k document (relaving&exprience latter) dena cahiye ,kyu ki employe ko aage apna carrier set karne k liye in sb ki immidiate jarurat hoti h Bhut sari company within 5-10day sb kuch document complet kar deti h To macleds itni bdi company ho kar bhi time par full &final &relaving &expriernce cerificate kyu nhi de pati h Mera 08/03/22ko 3month complet hua tha aaj 1month hone ko aaya h abhi tk kuch bhi document nhi aaya h or na hi process hua h

Work Culture within departments is good and behaviour of the staff members is too good and everyone is supportive.

Schedule revision of salary as per policy not given to many employees but some employee got their revisions..Most imp. HR statement is that their is budget problem in our company and employee have similar names so their Exel sheet sometimes misses,these are the justification given by HRs.

Nothing good , worst company to work it, they consider there employees as donkey that they are paying money so we have to work 10-11 hrs a day. I do Not recommend this company to even my enemy, it's worst pharmaceutical company, degrading rapo of pharmaceutical industry

...10-15 years experience in same company Harass new employees who join under them. Very late working hours No support from other department for cross functional work Reporting for every 1 our on daily basis, if not send they deduct your salary of the same day For expenses you have to pay from your pocket and many bills they don't accept and stop your reimbursement for long time and some time deduct as well. Multiple Reporting system - Daily Report, FW Report same day on whatsapp, detailed field work report same day after coming from field work No admin support - they do not provide stationary and files for there employees, some times employees have to spent there own money for the same, even people fight for space in the office, due to lack of space, very poor management. I don't suggest anyone this company, because this company will make you ill and your health will be impacted. Zero star company

...and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court. Better to be jobless then to take this job even if its the last job on earth, WORST Company, Macleods. Even jail is better than this.
