Salary and compensation is very good offering to experience persons. Work culture is very good. Housekeeping and admin system is very nice.

Safety aspects, Hazop not upto marked. Equipment safety , Preventive maintenance is very poor. Engineering function needs to follow current engineering practices.

Salary is not according to capability or hardwork but according to working years in company. Also, the unfair resigning policy. One has to completely serve 3 months notice period and if not done, they will not only deduct your salary but also does not provide experience letter.

Experience and salary are mismatch. Many peoples are working with low salary and management taking new peoples with more salary than existing people's salary. My teammates asked for his manager about this then he replied he got due to its "Luck".
