Good salary, increment is also okay, if you are good at fighting on useless topics and make others work for you this place is for you.

Dislikes

They provide good salary but other than that the work culture is not good, leaves are not given, taunting language is always used, every old employee is manager, it doesnt matter they have knowledge or not, canteen is so dirty you wont feel like eating there, work space is so less. Training imparted for name sake, no way you can learn and seniors dont support.

They doing partiality in appraisals,hr team is not supportive to employee. We can't spend time with our family due to daily extra work in company, safety is a big issue in company . Training is mostly on paper only. Managers have no enough knowledge about data integrity and basic concepts also they not share their knowledge with employees, Relieving periode is 3 months....etc

1)Work culture should be good. why ? Because I seen here employees doing hard work but nobody appreciat them . I want culture as its help to enhance output with positive feedback of employees. 2) Quality of food provided by organization is poor and due to that wastage of food observed. In Simple way "As Quality of food increases wastage decrease". 3) Employees Sefty is low. 4) Training program

Work Culture within departments is good and behaviour of the staff members is too good and everyone is supportive.

Dislikes

Schedule revision of salary as per policy not given to many employees but some employee got their revisions..Most imp. HR statement is that their is budget problem in our company and employee have similar names so their Exel sheet sometimes misses,these are the justification given by HRs.
