...and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court. Better to be jobless then to take this job even if its the last job on earth, WORST Company, Macleods. Even jail is better than this.

Job Security. Even if you don't work no one will kick you out of company

No work culture Management Don't care for employees Manager and Above are privileged (No work/responsibility only Salary) Even if you get your work reviewed multiple times from your top bosses, still if there is mistake only low level person will be blamed

All are slave except administrative, No security, no compensation, lack of spares, Monopoly, criticism against employees, no facilities even we didn't got our mediclaim card nor the med card no. There are many things which we can't explain in words.

Dislikes

Illiterate Rules or you can say foolish management. Those people who deserves good position are working as a technician and those people who should work as a technician are working in higher management. Also, their is 3 months relieving period. Salary and career growth not depend upon yr skill but depends on your location of your hometown relevant to yr boss.

good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They gave complete salary during lockdown even employees got stucked and not able to attend our duties, company gave extra money for working during lockdown.

Career growth is slow & notice period is of 3 months after resignation
