1) truly unprofessional, unethical & very third class company. 2) If you're choosing this company you are forcing yourself into a danger.... ( Read once again).. 3) MD & COO don't have any technical knowledge. this is the biggest disadvantage of company and main reason behind companies fall off. - After joining in couple of days I just got shocked; that how the ower of this company had appointed thus two superhumans on top management. - For thus two superhuman this is not a manufacturing company but a picnic or traveling agency. one come another go. and so on...... - Neither of them present more than 30-40% in company. - Their maximum focus is on visiting guests, outdoor travel, picnic, Traveling around in name of work at supplier, customer. 4) Miss Hr.- the super arrogant & manner less lady. 5) Quality Manager - A guy who don't have knowledge of QMS, Products, process, system. 6) Zero Job security. ( Hired & fired policy) 7) No Increament for at least 3-4 years. after 3-4 years your increament will be 1200-1400 Rs. 8) Production Manager is degree-less (12th. passed) 9) Design manager is also degree-less (ITI holder) 10) You will literally fill shameful when you realise your senior don't have knowledge. ( This applies to every department) 11) No growth in technical knowledge. 12) Technically weakest company I have ever seen.

Goal set for growth were too ambitious and far from reality of customer base viz a viz product and narrow product line.
