It's been very tragic for me to say that there's nothing about the company to be liked. All I can say that everything is "WORST" about this company.

...archy according to which company is working. For freshers the company is worst. No one should expect any compensation and benefits from the company. Each and everyone working there is a culprit according to me. Career Growth and opportunities are nil. They didn't even allow me to go for lunch during recess. However, the quality of food is terrible there. If you are working in this company then your personal life will be ruined for sure. So, no one should expect work life balance from this company. They didn't even hesitate to greet workers with abusive language. And, one can imagine what should be the job security there! Skill development and training has its own level of disgust. Even the trainers there don't even know what to teach and what to not. So, according to me if someone got a offer from this company then join at your own risk! Thank you!

All staff are supportive.

Dislikes

...epartment. CFO pressurized late sitting in accounts department on daily basis. Company also not pay any extra salary for late sitting. Work culture are not good in Accounts and Finance department at manesar plant.

...d work environment and culture.Teammates are full supportive and the management.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Supportive nature of management, learning is very good but it's self learning, free hand for work, immediately respond for good worker.

Dislikes

Management is not supportive for family, no appreciative drive and HR activitys are not available like celebration. Not a single drive run for kaizen and 5's and saving activities on shop floor. CTC is also not good.

I like this only my department is Quality but i have to worked with my team at a corner area so we all r working and completing the task of customer and there supply. But we r happie to work with this organisation.

Dislikes

I like everything which is done or going in our organisation. But i say one thing i.e so much is going here......... as compared to other organisation.
