I have completed my internship at Machinfabrik in design department and found it to be a great place to work. 1.No office politics....The company maintains a professional and friendly environment. 2. Supportive seniors..... Very helpful and supportive seniors who are always ready to guide. 3. Healthy work atmosphere...... A positive and inclusive work culture. 4. The company makes sure that all workers are safe and protected. 5. The company provides travel facilities in the morning and evening from the station. 6. The engineers who work there are smart and have a lot of experience, so I learned a lot from them Overall, my internship at Machinfabrik was really good, and I would tell anyone to try working there if you can.....

People from top management don't leave the job at all. So growth for young talent is very slow. It will take you 15 years to be assistant manager only.
