Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

No proper salary will be given. People won’t get anything. They hired interns now because they won’t ask anything. Management is the worst.Manager will be flirting with the girls. He will provide leave without any questions to girls but if you are boy then done. They won’t give proper salary. There is no place to improve your skills or knowledge. Manager itself doesn’t know anything always talks about gym, cars as if he is next Tata. Just show off but nothing he knows. He just knows to flirt with girls. He will be touching and talking with them. Taking them alone to party. Worst thing worst company to work for.

It's not a company they are fraudsters And once a fraud will always be a fraud. It's was my bad that such companies exist and unfortunately we can't get any to know about frauds untill we are victims of their scams. If you can pay then don't hire

...know about their scam they target them and ask original document or else resign. During the resignation time the HR will say that you will get salary in FnF and later they don't pick calls and reply to your emails. I hope I see the end of the company soon because I am not only but there are many people who felt in their trap. Pathetic company with worst people and more over they don't have any employee whose tenure is more than 2 months. It's a request for me for people to raise your voices against such fraudsters

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
