Salary ,appraisal and job security totally depend on line mgr personal relationship not hard working n smart working. Training timely is excelent

Work culture is comparably good while you see other construction companies. I have worked here for 1.8 years. Company is organized and has well defined employee friendly policies.

They do not use resources wisely, skill development of employees is not at all on the table.
