No Job security. No Proper increment. No work satisfaction, No Support from Head office. Site people are just like animals in the eyes of the head office team. site people will never get any support from them for any kind of personal / or professional issues.. If the project is closed / suspended, on the very next day you will get a Risk letter valid for 15 days and after the 15 days ;from the next day onwards your 1 month notice period will start. They dont have any humanity.

Some times management becomes client oriented and don't allow employee to prove him.

Everything ..No proper management to listen...they are always on folded hand in front of client and a puppet to follow their instructions.....no HR management as they are follow the rules " Hire and Fire " ....no job security and no such benefits at all...only you get the salary in time and before the month end

It was like i am doing my dream job. I loved working there with full of my heart.And another pluse pointis that my colleague come from various cultural and backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

I started my career Napco KSA 11 years MACE 1997 to 2016 November my self left company and start construction company but sponser a cheater so I wind up and back home 2019. Hard work and honest and target achievement is important all my projects company got good profit so I love work it's I made my life excellent still Ian looks job in India not for money keep my healthy life

I respect all if someone cannot respect me it's a close I Have to say No it's a clash with our general manager bishara Janet finally company terminate him after 3month
