Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. No support from the company due to lockdown. company has to relieve more then 10 employees. No job security. I am already discuss with management. Financial condition is not well. I need the money. But no support from the company due to this pendemic condition.
