It is a 100 year old company and doing well in its industry. It can do wonderful if employees issues are addressed. It can do wonders if worked like the Company's founder used to run.

Dislikes

Trust on Employees not there - HOD's not conveying good employees performance thereby delaying there confirmation and appraisal leading to huge attrition. Work family balance is also affected due to 9 + hours working on all six days. No Overtime incentive Nor Bonus Salary . People join here only when there is dearth of need of Job and when its near to their Home.

Not bad but good to grow lower level peoples

Hi feel staff is good but here are hods are doing partinity they are growing and thinking to grow only them and there relatives only not getting response of our work which we done and nothing can achieve without team if the team achieved something then its not means that hods or sales team done this job independently. See here practically whatever incriminent given that is to Hod and sales only I want to say Without team effort nothing is possible here is some thinking like this of managers and management haven't look into this
