...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst ever work culture I've experienced. Can't even have space to eat lunch. There are 100+ employees working there, but there is a room with 8 chairs to sit & have lunch. Having lunch after 3pm is also a crime there, they'll ask why your going to lunch instead of not finishing the work.. if more than 3 friends in team go for lunch also a crime. They'll pin point you for not working but having lunch at time.. they even put a part time watch women in cafeteria to complain about taking more time for lunch. They need us to work even after work hours. But still they say your work is not enough, they even call you after 11 pm to finish the task or else the next day will have a meeting, why you're not working. Like school students go to principal room for making mistakes. Please don't join here guys 😭 have a life.

Good in terms of peers are so supportive and hard worker. For certain positions it's good for work life balance.

Dislikes

Too much politics and doesn't recognise employees who is really on the filed and putting there effect. Employees shouldn't get appraisal based on favouritism it should be based on the real time performance. Learning and development is zero in this organisation.
