Comapny ended up in paying three times of his salary to the third party engineer per month till we completed the project. Now he is chasing us for his service benefits. Piping Engineer in Oman - After hiring him on the basis of his extensive expertise, we discovered that he solely engages in internal politics, is more interested in working as messenger, and destroys relationships with both clients and employees. We terminated his contract in 2021. 3. Planning Engineer In Wattayah / Muscat - He worked for us four years. Extremely stubborn, short-tempered, lacks planning expertise, and has the worst attitude. The company was putting up with him because of the pandemic, and because of the travel and visa restrictions, it was impossible to replace him and hire a new employee. He led an on-site strike against the company and the client, which resulted in his termination from the company. We persuaded the client to move him to the head office and repatriate after he truly planner to turn him over to the police for the legal action. Compensation Challenges: It's true that MKG Oman experienced payment difficulties and salary delays due to financial contrains for a time. However we have since improved our processes, and all employees are now receiving their salaries puncually. The company has ensured that everyone is paid on schedule without any deduction, even during the pandemic. I am not trying to state that MKG Oman is a perfect company. Like any business, it also has problems. To the best of my knowledge and opinion, no business operates with employees completely satisfied. I appreciate your reading.

worst place to ruin your carrier.....as i was worked as ban engineer in MKG..no salary on time.. nearly once for 3 months...and extra OT. but no pay and deductions...they show partiality as the company is odissa people ..they play tricks and make other people to resign and make their orissa people to replace.. I highly recommend dont go there....enter at your own risk😂😂😂

Don't Join the Company. There is no proper Offer letter. Salary is pending, No Settlement, No leave Salary. No arrangement for going Vacation.No arrangements for Food & Accommodation. Worst HR, Administration & Management. Don't Join the Company.

...se of One Person, the company's total efficiency is spoiled and getting spoiled. One person's Politics made the project suffer to the utmost level ending in loss, and no salary on time. Chairman is a very good person, but this one person is the total red mark for the company.

Totally unacceptable overall my experience completely management collapsed never you can get salary onetime there is no any kind of well fear it is difficult to get medical treatment on time completely HR and administration negligence
