I will try my best but sir will not give I know. And she will never talk to sir. Always keep on postponing. Until you get frustrated. 7. Very bad work culture.

Pre sales manager in the company does not have knowledge in real estate he comes from edtech background, He will takes multiple tea breaks waste time talk with other department employees does not have much work except giving reports. When your performance goes down he will not train on how to increase performance or pitch customer, he will only ask to do more calls. He will talk bad about his team to other department employees.It so frustrating to work with such manager. Out of 4 pre sales member only 1 employee is able to achieve Target he will only support him. He does not train us how to achieve Target from the date he join no call script given we don't know how to exactly pitch only thing he says is to do more calling even the management is not looking into this.

Dislikes

Well to start with this would be a company where you can learn and make your career not in real estate but in politics. Here people who are in top level they celebrate their birthdays on a grandeur way but when your time comes for promotion you are out of the race. According to the people or hr you should be working 365 days or you can't be a star performer. They hire boss for each department who can come in less budget but they don't care about the experience when you are putting a person in that level is important. People will stoop down to such lows where they don't give respect to your personal life and would love to dig in. My personal experience says that if you are married you don't have any ambition in life and the marketing manager had that audacity to speak about the same on my face. So requesting you folks understand and they get hired
