There is nothing to be liked in M2K. The only thing is they release salary by 1st week of every month. You can spend day like working in a Govt. offices.

Dislikes

Their HR policy is worst. They are very expert in manipulating your salary structure and keep you in vague. They deduct excess amount in terms of insurance policy with very minimal insured amount. Once you put resignation the HR will not give more attention that why an employee has put resignation neither they dare to the respective HOD why the respective employee is going to leave. A very spineless HR department and its leaders. They will deduct maximum amount when they release F&F. They will not give you relieving letter on time and keep giving ambiguous statements.

Do job there if you want to do timepass for years with no skill development .

An employee will sacrificed everything but at the end , when u resign from company then this company deducts all your saving & salary with nonsense rules.. No skill developing works going on.. Only maintenance work is going on at every project .

Nothing to like total lala company. Boss orientated company where he want to buttering him every day. Otherwise your points will be cut..

No process no SOP. Forget about anything professional here.. depend about boss mood. if his mood is good then that day is good for everyone other wise ready to listen slag language for him

I am working with the group since last 5 years and Had lots of learning and motivation. CMD and President are very good and friendly. Job security is always depend your dedication and honesty if you are honest and dedicated employee there is no worry for your job security lots of employee are working here from 25 years and happy with it.

Dislikes

there is no such things to dislike only some policies to ammend from management level so that growing pace of employee can make better to stay. Rest everything excellent
