I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Dislikes

They don't provide a fair promotion and appraisal to their employee. They provide a basic increment for everybody. I think they need to work on this even if they can use a 360-degree appraisal technique so, that they can provide a fair judgment for each and everybody.
