...y labours. People here are like crab in a bucket, always try to pull other down. Salary was not good, no incrememt or other allowance was given.

Dislikes

No basic facility provided. Salary was never on time. Plant head was rude and use bad language in front of staff and labour.

my biggest mistake ever of my life i have join this company, there is no any job saftey,MD son's behavior is very bad, he always said "ye tere baap ki company nhi h" and using abusing words. Culture of the company is overll very bad

I did not like a thing.

Dislikes

People are deceiving and talk behind your back. Factory's condition is very bad and you cannot take a breathe without dust going into body. there are no proper road in the factory and no safety std any seen. Everything is a time pass and waste of time
